Working with corporations since 2004, she uncovered a deep need for a customer-centric program/business design. Suan's deep understanding of business operations, data management, program design and technology development gives her the ability to build foundation while optimizing for improved revenue and margins. Suan's human-centered design approach comes from her multi-cultural, multi-cultural background infusing inclusion and equity into all the work she does.

Suan has deep experience in health and wellbeing sciences and maintains a small wellness coaching practice in partnership with a few organizations.
